Hotel Management Software
Resort Manager runs the whole property — reservations, front desk, housekeeping, billing and point of sale — in one system, for hotels, resorts and villas.
Resort Manager was first released in 2009, and the first hotels to install it are still using it today.

Property Management Software for Small Hotels
Most systems with this much in them were built for large resorts, and it shows the moment a small team has to run one.
Resort Manager has the capability you would expect in a large resort system, arranged so that a small team can operate it.

Where a task can be automated, it is. In practice that shows up as less time at the desk rather than as fewer people.
About Us
We are an IT company that writes hotel software, which is why we also design and install the network it runs on.
The software, the hardware under it, the network, the installation and the support afterwards all come from one supplier. There is no second company to call when something breaks.
We work from an office in Bali, so properties in Indonesia and Thailand are supported on their own working day. We sell and support worldwide.
Our Other Services
The software is rarely the whole job. These are the other things we do:
Infrastructure Design
Hotel networks are not office networks, and the difference is what catches people out. We design for the building you actually have, and for the systems that cannot go down: reservations, payments, door locks and Wi-Fi.
Software Solutions
If you need something the system does not do, we can write it. We wrote the rest of it, so there is no third party to negotiate with first.
Installation Services
We install what we supply, and training is included with any modular package. You pay travel expenses and nothing else.
Support and Help Desk Services
Operational problems are covered around the clock. Everything else runs from 09:00 to 18:00, GMT+8. Support is unlimited and included in the licence.
Testimonials
“We replaced our existing PMS, which was one of the big three systems, with Resort Manager because we were extremely disappointed with the backup support. What a breath of fresh air after all the problems we have had in the past three years! Resort Manager support is always just on the end of the phone to answer any questions from our staff.
Chris Willison, Hotel Director/Owner Code Hotel, Koh Samui
“We wanted an all-embracing hotel management system at an affordable price. Our previous system was very good, but in order to update it, a huge expenditure on both software and hardware was required. We chose Resort Manager because a respected business colleague had recommended it.

Common questions
What is Resort Manager?
A property management system for hotels, resorts and villas. It covers front desk, reservations, housekeeping, guest relations, point of sale, reporting, finance, accounting and inventory control in one system. See the full feature list.
How much does Resort Manager cost?
We do not publish pricing. It depends on the edition, the modules and add-ons you need, and the size of your property, so a published figure would be wrong for almost everyone. Request a personalised quotation and you will get a real number for your property.
Who is Resort Manager for?
Independent hotels, resorts and villa operations, including properties with a mixed inventory of rooms, bungalows and villas. There are two editions — the full system, and Resort Manager Lite for properties needing minimal functionality.
Which property management system is right for a small independent hotel or villa operation in Southeast Asia?
Look for three things: a system your team can learn in an afternoon, support in your own working hours, and handling for whatever you sell beyond rooms. Resort Manager covers all three for properties from a guesthouse to a resort with a mixed inventory of rooms, bungalows and villas, supported from Bali on your working day. It was first released in 2009, and the first hotels to install it are still using it.
How long have properties been using it?
Resort Manager was first released in 2009, and the first hotels to install it are still using it today. The business itself has traded since 2000.
Pricing depends on the property, so we quote it rather than list it.
Tell us which version you need, the modules you want and how many rooms you run, and we will put a proposal together. If Resort Manager is the wrong fit for the property, we will say so.
